Best Friends

This is my new favorite picture!

Owen gives lots of big brother kisses.

Are you noticing the trend? Owen loves to hold Sutton, and Sutton loves to be held by Owen! It's so nice to see. It melts my heart every time. And yesterday in the car I hear Owen whisper "Sshhh.... be quiet Mommy, Sutton is sleeping. Can I still hold his hand even though he's asleep?" Awe... tear.

This is Owen's pillow and blanket mountain. I thought it was pretty cute that he included Sutton's boppy pillow and asked me to let Sutton play with him.

Welcome back to blog world. I've been checking in every now and again and was happy to see new words from you.
You ARE "childwise" even when it doesn't feel like it (the rough days) and it's a joy to read your words on parenting. You can just feel the love you have for those boys!
Happy weekend!

Wow!! I can't agree with Kathy more- these pictures brought tears to my eyes and joy that can't be explained. I'm so proud of you and really love to see so much of your "everyday" life. So special! and the boys are more adorable every time we see them. Huge shout out of thanks to Colin for hooking us up on Skype! Priceless!!!

I don't think it's possible to take an unflattering picture of Sutton! He is so photogenic and HAPPY!!!! Everytime I see him he has a HUGE smile on his face. It's hard to be in any other mood than happy around him. :0) And I love his mowhawk!!! I think it should be a permanent look for him when he gets older. He can totally rock it! :0)

And you can totally see how much Owen loves his little brother. He's so thoughtful and loving towards him. What a great friendship they already have. :0)

I like to think that they have a great friendship. But I've also conveniently left out the parts that involve hitting, biting, crushing, and throwing.
